Explore Aging Is Not 4 Sissies
Hello, World!
Welcome to Aging Is Not 4 Sissies! Whether you are here for Integrated Positional Therapy Bodywork, or Personal Training … I’m so glad you’re here. And guess what, you don’t even have to be an older adult to enjoy the opportunities here. If you are looking for a good place to begin, need a more moderate or adaptive workout due to recent surgeries or Physical Rehabilitation, this is a great place to start.
Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) bodywork is such a gentle way to ease pain and help the body get back into balance. I use a lot of IPT techniques in my exercise, Yoga and IPT bodywork. Lee Albert is my IPT mentor as I follow his muscle balancing techniques. You may have seen him on PBS Pain-Free Living specials. I have completed my IPT Certification.
Who does Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) work for:
Highly Sensitive Persons (Angela can testify on this)
Those in Physical Rehabilitation Recovery

Active Aging resources
As I have gotten older, accepting an ever-changing self-identity has its’ challenges. The aging process is ongoing and it involves emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual acceptance. I am still learning how to release anxiety in my mind and not hold it in my body which can present itself as pain. Learning is ongoing and I love to learn. I like to provide help and resources for whole-person wellness.
