Personal Training Session offers initial Standardized Senior Fitness & Balance tests to establish a baseline. Program is then individualized for clients needs with any adaptations/modifications offered that are needed . Personal Training is encouraged to begin for a 6 week duration then re-evaluated according to progress and independence with exercises/techniques. Sessions focus on Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Endurance, etc.
Angela’s main focus is helping clients that deal with pain, follow-through after physical Rehabilitation, weakness or other limitations.
